Exporting a .HAR file
From time to time, we may ask for a .HAR export from your browser when helping you troubleshoot an issue. This may provide additional information about what is causing your issue.
.HAR export in Microsoft Edge
- Navigate to CyberComply.
- In your browser window, click the three-dots icon in the top-right corner.
- In the drop-down menu, select More Tools.
- In the next drop-down menu, select Developer Tools.
- In the sidebar that opens, select the Network tab at the top.

- Ensure both Preserve log and Disable cache are ticked.

- Replicate the issue.
- Click the icon that has a downwards arrow with a horizontal line underneath and save the file to your device.

.HAR export in Google Chrome
- Navigate to CyberComply.
- In your browser window, click the three-dots icon in the top-right corner.
- In the drop-down menu, select More Tools.
- In the next drop-down menu, select Developer Tools.
- In the sidebar that opens, select the Network tab at the top.

- Ensure both Preserve log and Disable cache are ticked.

- Replicate the issue.
- Click the icon that has a downwards arrow with a horizontal line underneath and save the file to your device.

.HAR export in Firefox
- Navigate to CyberComply.
- In your browser window, click the three horizontal lines icon in the top-right corner.
- In the drop-down menu, select More Tools.
- In the next drop-down menu, select Web Developer Tools.
- In the bottom panel that opens, select the Network tab.

- Ensure Disable Cache is ticked.

- Select the Settings cog and tick Persist Logs.

- Replicate the issue.
- Select the Settings cog and click Save All As HAR and save the file to your device.
